YOUR TASKS
Execution of tenders (RfQs).
Creation and maintenance of RfQ structure and timelines.
Main contact to suppliers (EPCs) during the RfQ process.
Reporting to country units and other stakeholders.
Consulting with EPCs and organising Q&A sessions to resolve problems.
Distributing the RfQ packages to EPCs, distributing EPC questions to responsible people within CCE Group.
Compiling quotes and completing supplier analysis.
Supporting country units during contract negotiation phase.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

Completed technical or economic education at a university (e.g. TU), FH, HTL, or similar.
Several years of relevant professional experience or points of contact with project management.
High degree of integrity in dealing with resources (financial, material, power resources).
Very good, negotiable command of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Empathy, negotiating skills and assertiveness.
Communication skills, self-confident and professional demeanor.

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 3,400, - (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
